Union Minister of Youth Affairs & Sports, Kiren Rijiju has launched a breakthrough Reference Material to be used in chemical testing within the area of anti-doping. A reference materials collectively synthesised by the National Dope Testing Laboratory (NDTL) and National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Guwahati.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between NDTL and NIPER Guwahati was signed in August 2020 which proposes to synthesize 20 not often out there Reference Materials (RMs) throughout a interval of 3 years.
